The Jackson County Rose Parade, sponsored by Art Moehn Chevrolet, announces Bart and Karen Hawley as the 2015 Jackson County Rose Parade Grand Marshal. The theme of the June 7^th Parade is “Sizzlin’ Summer”.

Bart and Karen Hawley are long-time residents of Jackson County. They were nominated by Lynda Waldron who felt Bart and Karen deserved to be honored as the 57^th Annual Rose Parade Grand Marshal because, “They are both committed to the success of Jackson…and positively promote the expansion of many organizations to the downtown area, the new park, and many other initiatives in the area.”

Upon accepting their nomination Bart and Karen stated, “We have always loved the traditions of the Rose Festival and the Rose Parade and look forward to it every year.  We are truly honored and excited to participate in the parade as Grand Marshal this year and we thank the Rose Festival board for the nomination!”

Bart and Karen have also received multiple awards and recognition not only for their dedication and commitment to the community but their long standing local television station JTV. Bart and Karen have also supported the Rose Queen Candidates and Rose Festival for many years.
