On Friday, August 9th Piper Boulter of Northwest High School , was crowned the 2019 Miss Jackson County Teen USA. 1st Runner up was Maddelyn Schmidt, 2nd runner up was Jordyn DuPuis, 3rd Runner up Emmaya Mendez and rounding out the top 5 , was Brianna Bailey.
Piper, wowd the judges during the interview portion and shined on stage, during talent, activewear and evening gown. She will spend her year discussing her platform of Stopping Sexual abuse.  Next year, Piper will represent Jackson County at the 2021 Miss Michigan Teen USA pageant!
