The Jackson County Rose Festival has announced the winning floats of the 2015 Jackson County Rose Parade.  Grand Champion was Cub Scout Pack #440, First Runner Up was St. Luke’s Church, Second Runner Up was Young Champion Cheerleaders and Honorable Mention was awarded to Jackson Filipino-American Association.  Jackson City Councilman Andrew Frounfelker presented the awards to the winning organizations on behalf of the Rose Festival.  Additional photos of the winners on the Parade page here.
