Miss Jackson County Teen USA 2015, Julia Duffrin, placed in the TOP 15 over this past weekend at the Miss Michigan Teen USA pageant.  The pageant was held on Saturday, September 24th in Port Huron.  46 young ladies competed in the Teen division.

Duffrin, a junior at Hanover Horton High School received a $20,000 educational scholarship for her placement.

The Miss Jackson County Teen USA pageant is a division of the Jackson County Rose Festival and the little sister program to the RoseQueen pageant.
